Life at Bangsar

Posted by ycfoo 于 十月 28, 2006

Life’s good these days.

Although I don’t have a temporary full time job, I got a part time job during weekends.

Although I keep on thinking nonsense during bedtime, I got a laptop and internet access to go online.

Although….. hrmm… I think I better stop here, before someone claims me as complain queen again.

I stayed at my friend’s place at bangsar for most of the days in the past 2 weeks as my working place is very near to her house and she needs someone to accompany her. So, here I show you some pictures about my life at bangsar.

FOOD!!! Food is always the most important! hehe… I like this restaurant called Nirvana, they serve very nice food! They also serve this very special meal called nasi pisang leaf. Smart those people, as we can see that they manage to attract many people with their nasi pisang leaf.

TEH AIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They got the BEST TEH AIS I’ve consumed so far!!! So strong the taste!!!!!!!!!! Damn nice!!!!!!!!!!

The place I worked for 6 days.

Nothing better to do… when that bad bad Iris didn’t let me have any chance to use the laptop.

Bruise!!! I got lotssss of bruises after staying for days at Iris’ place. I don’t know whether its this Iris who got the weird habit of waking up at the middle of night to torture me or…. WeIrdDDD…. huh???

你们都怎么想啊?

Posted by ycfoo

Lovely Cowie

Posted by ycfoo 于 十月 7, 2006

This is my birthday present from Chris and Chang this year. Love it so much. And because this cowie has stayed with Sze Hui for months, it got her sound inside which sound like this (Oh ya, this cowie got the function as a recorder) :

xxx is pig head, muack!

Haha… can press the cowie’s left hand whenever I want to listen to Sze Hui’s sound. Keke…

Next time when I leave Damansara, maybe I will have the cowie with Chris’s sound. And my dear friends, during my birthday next time, don’t need to crack your head thinking about the present. Just go and buy a cutie with recorder function and record your sound! That’s the greatest present ever!!! The best if it’s a Mickey mouse. Muahaha… Ok, I know I know, I know I got a bit carried away, and I know that I wont receive any birthday present until May next year. (Stressed bah~)

Da Vincci Code

Posted by ycfoo 于 十月 3, 2006

The-person-in-charge bluffed us that we can move in the house in KL immediately if we wanted to because the place is empty. Ended up, there are still people inside the room and we could only move in next Monday. So, I got to stay in Nilai for more days.

Dear Sze Hui has gone to copy some dramas from her friend. Waited for her and ended up, I’ve watched all the dramas she copied! Thus, now, my two friends are sitting beside me watching the Korean drama ‘palace’ and me here surfing inside my laptop. Found ‘The Da Vinci Code’ ebook I received from a friend long time ago, and decided to read it. Only two chapters I’ve read and I feel like ‘ew… so brutal the things the person had done in the scene.’

P/s: Written few days ago when I was still at Nilai.

‘Grasping the buckle, he cinched it one notch tighter, wincing as the barbs dug deeper into his flesh’
Chapter 2, The Da Vinci Code

Gosh, so cruel! Anyway, I do agree that pain is good, at certain times, to cleanse the sins.

This makes me recall the time when I took Religion course in ICM in my last semester here. It was a great one, except for the truth that I didn’t like the lecturer, a lecturer who doesn’t know the concept of justice. For so many times, I got interested in the thing mentioned in the course that I jotted down the points and decided to search for more information about them. And, as always, I didn’t make it! If I were to have more time, I would have made myself on bed. *grin*

The thing I remember the most is that, it is said that, Religion has a lot to do with psychology. I do agree with this. Say, meditation. In religion, it is said that meditation is good, to be closer to The Great One; in psychology, it is said that meditation is good, to be closer to ourselves. What I think is that, there are many interventions between religion and psychology. Just that, they are illustrating things from different perspectives

Just my two cents.
